Google Bad Review: Really disappointed. Rented a van for a day and was told not to worry about little scratches and dents that were all over it as they were normal. When returned it next day I was blamed for a superficial scratch that I denied causing. I was assured that it will be polished out. Guy that handed over the van previous day wasn’t present. How convenient. I was promised a call in the next hour, got called 2 days later saying that the van needs to go a garage for bodywork and paint job. Really?! When asked when can I know more about the estimate I was told that they can give me the garage phone number, so I can chase them up myself. Really?! That was very professional. More than a month later got a piece of paper with Enterprise logo saying this is how much it cost to repair the vehicle. I was shocked. Nearly £400 for a surface scratch that I did not do. Not happy at all with the way this has been handled and with Enterprise response to my complaint.
