Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely terrible customer service. I booked the car online, received a confirmation from them, only to be told at the desk that we'll have to wait for 2 hours because the car is not ready. When I asked why did I get a booking confirmation, I was told that it doesn't matter, I'll still have to wait 2 hours. That would be fair enough, but the attitude of the staff is what got to me. If it was possible I'd leave 0 stars..
Walked over to HERTZ desk without a booking and had a car for the same price in 10 minutes. Also staff were lovely.

Google Bad Review (2): Worst experience ever. *****BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION**** I picked up this vehicle from Bury St Edmunds and returned it to Enterprise at Stansted Airport location. The rude lady agent immediately pointed out that the vehicle had “multiple damages to rear bumper – approx 10cm dent to centre of rear bumper and approx 10cm dent to osr bumper… and the list went on and on.. “ certainly something I didn’t see when I picked up the vehicle at Bury St Edmunds but I was forced to sign this ‘damage’ form. The more I read similar customer experiences at these businesses the more I realize I was ripped off. Totally. Never ever will do business with Enterprise car rental.
