Google Bad Review (2): Avoid Engage Credit at all costs. They do not reply to emails. Promise to send letters and then do not send them. The letters they do eventually send arrive weeks later than dated. They borderline harass you with telephone calls and text messages during your own working hours (when you tell them you are not available during those particular times). If you can switch to another lender or organisation, I’d try and do so immediately. They need reporting and will be reported to the Financial Ombudsman.

Google Good Review: Ive been with Engage since they took over Northern Rock mortgages years ago.I’m shocked at some of the reviews as I have never had a problem with them. They have always been very helpful and very polite when I’ve phoned up, feel so sorry for customers who have not had good experience especially when we are all stressed out over finances . I think it must all depend on who we speak to when we ring them..I would be upset if they had a bad attitude with me.
