Google Bad Review 1: STAY WAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

my company booked this rubbish cleaning company as a last minute booking. We had an check in report done the next day these people claimed to have been in the flat.

I have since then emailed them the report saying it has not been cleaned at all, and have asked for them to re attend the flat. since my first email I have been told that the inventory company has lied and they have claimed to have hired a sub company to carry out the clean which we did not know of. I have called them so many times with no one being able to understand me or pass me on to a manger. Not only has no one gotten back to me but they have blocked my companies number so I have no way of contacting them and requesting for them to return to the property and do the job they have been paid to do.

Please stay away please don't waste your time or money.

Disgrace of a company.

We agreed on a price and time, 20 minutes past the agreed time I have still not heard from them, give them a call and they say the cleaners came to the property and didn't wanted to clean for the agreed upon price and they just left… They didn't call to propose their updated price, they didn't say anything, just left …

Google Good Review: We used “End of Tenancy Cleanic” services for our End of Tenancy Cleaning because they offered a longer guarantee period than other cleaning companies. Communication was easy. The cleaners were very punctual. We are very satisfied with the quality of the cleaning, in fact, our landlord spent two weeks trying to find a fault and couldn't find any. We received our deposit back in full. Tip for future customers. If you have special requests or there are particular areas that need extra attention in terms of cleaning, make sure you show them to the cleaners. For example, the floorboards in our flat were made of very soft wood and the cleaners did a marvellous job by moving the furniture around without leaving a single scratch. Also, these wonderful guys managed to remove old blood stains from soft furniture, while other cleaning companies claimed that would have been absolutely impossible or would require extra equipment.
