Google Bad Review 1: After reading all those good reviews I decided to use Ena even though it is not cheap not even average price. I've asked Woodie for short at the back (hair line) and long at the front, what I came out was a straight cut all around my head (hair line, he did get this one well). I have a round face and with hair cut to jaw line it looks even more round. I look like a ball all for £83. I can expect such service form a £10 barber not from a Stylist, he should know that I will look awful with such hair. As I can not see with my glasses off I wasn't able to notice that he has cut me like a pot till it was all over, later I hoped this will grow on me, but it didn't.

Google Bad Review (2): I called specifically asking about curly hair specialism with dry cutting. The receptionist assured me the stylists were trained appropriately in dry-cutting and booked me in. Needless to say, the first thing the stylist said was that she doesn't really do dry cutting but would try. I was a guinea pig. It was unfair to put me in the position. (And for £97!) And really unfair and irresponsible for the salon to put the stylist in this position too. She did her best and was kind, but I look like a clown: Wide and big on the side, flat on top, short and all rather shapeless at the back. I'm mortified. My hair looks exactly as I expressed I didn't want it to. I was not listened to by the reception team and although the stylist seemed to do her best and was sweet, I shouldn't have been booked in based on what I called enquiring about.
There does not seem to be an appreciation of how bad it is for someone with curly hair and a poor cut. It takes months to grow out. Claiming to be curly hair specialists without this understanding is hugely worrying and rather exploitative. I don't want to step outside today based on my balloon-like looking hair. (Which will take months to look much different.) Whilst the salon offered a refund, and a fix-it job, I don't feel confident going back to the salon, let alone stepping out my front door today. I will be going elsewhere from now on. Rather mortified and humiliated by the experience.
