Google Bad Review 1: I booked this company a week in advance to do an end-of-tenancy clean for my flat. The booking showed as ‘confirmed' on their online platform. The night before they were supposed to arrive, they send an email saying the booking is not yet confirmed. They cancelled 3 hrs before the job was due to start, leaving me scrambling around for last-minute cleaning services. What is the point of a sleek online platform when, ultimately, the attitude is absolutely unprofessional.

Some of our tenants have recently used this company for end-tenancy cleaning (3 tenancies in Old Street area). The cleaning was not up to a professional standard. All surfaces, furniture was sticky and full of dust. Furniture was not moved around and plenty of rubbish have been left behind by the front door, blocking the fire exit! If you are looking for an end-tenancy cleaning, please look somewhere else!
