Google Bad Review: This cleaners is a disgrace! In my 41 years I've never witnessed such bad service. I took 2 overcoats in and they both came out destroyed. My black coat I think can be salvaged but my camel coat is wrecked. When I picked them up the camel coat was covered in fluff, human hair, smelt like a dog and other fibres were ingrained I HAVE NO IDEA HOW! The owner was very rude, snapping at me and said “just take your money and forget it” yes because a £17 cleaning bill will make up for £700 worth of coats. I'm hoping the coats will be restored at another cleaners! If you want to clean expensive clothes then I'd go elsewhere, I should have known better because of the state of the premises.
