Google Bad Review 1: I had an appointment, arrived and waited patiently behind an over running client.
Another client arrives without an appointment and the stylist invites him to sit in the chair and says to me I won't be long.
So unprofessional and disrespectful. No wonder the shop changed hands and rebranded but with the same staff.
Was unsure to use them in 1st place as family and I had mixed results before.
Will never go back
