Google Bad Review 1: This is the second bunch of flower arrangements I have received.Both arrangements were absolutely appalling. Extremely poorly arranged ,extremely small quantity and some flowers were already dead or broken. No skill in presentation.I would not normally feel the need to comment but both arrangements were presented as gifts for special occasions. I would not have given any star if that had been possible

Google Bad Review (2): Having used this florist before I was excited to use them again to purchase the flowers for my daughter on the arrival of her new born son. I left the choice to the florist as I assumed they would know which flowers are the best at this time of year. The flowers did look very nice when I collected them and my daughter loved them. However I called into my daughters two days later and the flowers had completely dropped and looked half dead. I called the florist to give my feed back but was met with a very negative response, (oh well we still have the same in the shop and they are ok) then was told to bring them back if not happy and they may replace a few! I was NOT going to do this as miles away ! Sadly with this level of customer service I shall not be using them again, such a shame when all it would have taken would have been a sorry or how can we put this right ?
