Google Bad Review 1: Avoid!! Having bought a Groupon voucher, they have cancelled my appointments 5 times, each time with different excuses. First time the beautician was stuck on holiday, the second time she was sick. The following time I was about to park the car and called to say I'd be 5minutes, only to find out the laser machine had apparently ‘just broken'. The next appointment offered was cancelled two days later due to an ‘unexpected training session'. Finally this morning the next session was cancelled as the beautician has left. They have failed to deliver any form of decent service. Only one of the receptionists was apologetic and agreed that the service provided had been awful. The other was very rude and dismissive. I CANNOT recommend this place.
