Google Bad Review: I am unsure why this practice has received such glowing reviews. I went recently and found the service to be not only unfriendly but unprofessional, dishonest and deceptive. There was almost an accusatory manner as to why my teeth need work – I eat and live very healthily – this information was received with a clear air of questioning.
The main reason I have rated the practice so lowly though , and the reason I say it is dishonest deceptive is based on the work that was recommended for me. The dentist said I needed £8000 worth of crowning treatment; on visiting two other dentists for second and third opinions it turned out I needed a few fillings. Not only was the cost dishonest and deceptive but the work involved is not something the average person takes lightly – a few fillings was a much more pleasant procedure.
My teeth feel great – I was very let down by this practice. I recommend you get a second opinion if there is any major work recommended to you.
