Google Bad Review (2): The first two times I had my hair coloured here it was great. However, I had my hair coloured last week and it was a terrible experience. I asked for golden blonde, but after my hairdresser left the toner on for way too long (my scalp was stinging) the colour was a brown/orange. The guy who had been doing my hair then preceded to ignore me (he had another client) two other hairdressers informed me they would ‘fix' it. So ever though I hadn't wanted too many highlights (as it dries my hair out) they put loads on to try and get the blonde I asked for. After 6 hours my hair had been washed and had so many treatments on it I could already feel how dry it was. They did not make me pay, but the whole experience was so awkward and even after two deep treatments my hair isn't curling the same as it did before, the condition has gone and the colour is still not what I asked for. Very disappointed.
