Google Bad Review: One of the most awful experiences I have ever encountered in my life. Dr Kavita Shankar and Dr kirtan Patel have ruined my teeth/life from their absolutely awful work. I went in for edge composite bonding with kavita and ended up with broken teeth and a horrible smile. Kavita’s duty of care was absolutely awful. I have never felt so uncomfortable and upset in my life. Walked out of my appointment and my teeth were falling apart within 10minutes!. Went in the next day and she said she will fix them but made them horribly worse. She used a different shade on one of my teeth and then blamed it on my natural colouring but I have recently found out that she was LYING! As she couldn’t fix her own work I was then passed of to kirtan. He explained he would be able to fix kavitas work but after 2 hours I looked in the mirror and my mouth was full of blood and all I was left with is a stump of a tooth that I will now have to live with the rest of my life and all they could offer was an apology!!! My life has now completely changed. I can’t smile anymore without feeling self conscious about my teeth. My anxiety as Severely got worse and my confidence has absolutely gone. Elegant smiles has ruined my life just within a 2 hr appointment. Please don’t let them ruin your life like they did to mine.
