Google Bad Review (2): (Translated by Google) Terrible, terrible organization of EF in Brighton. Two minor students with the +16 program, who sold us as the most suitable, have faced the following:
– no delivery of menu tickets for 5 days
– There is no possibility of dinner that we hired
– Absence of any person in charge who attends them, neither on arrival nor during the 8 days they have been. That can guide and supervise them
– Ignorance of when the contracted excursion to London will take place. They ask at the school and they are told that they will receive an email from Madrid. This may mean that excursions purchased with credits overlap.
– Contracted bonus of 120 euros, which in the only call that EF returned to us, they recognized the error.
-Room shared by the two friends of the same language, with which the interaction with other students is brutally reduced.
– Breakfasts and dinners are at the school, which is a long hour from the residence, so when they have classes in the afternoon it is impractical to go just for breakfast. We were not informed of this issue at the meetings.
And the culmination is that they do not attend to the numerous calls we have made, nor to all the emails sent. In the end, not even calling the emergency telephone number, and exposing the situation, we received any communication after the notice. We only had one call and the ticket issue was resolved

Pésima, pésima la organización de EF en Brighton. Dos estudiantes menores con el programa +16, que nos vendieron como el más adecuado se han enfrentado a lo siguiente:
– sin entrega de tickets de menús durante 5 días
– No existe la posibilidad de cena que contratamos
– ausencia de cualquier responsable que los atienda, ni a la llegada ni durante los 8 días que llevan. Que pueda orientarles y supervisarles
– desconocimiento de cuando será la excursión contratada que tienen a Londres Preguntan en la escuela y les dicen que recibirán un correo de Madrid. Esto puede suponer que se solapen las excursiones que adquieran con créditos
– Bono contratado de 120 euros, que en la única llamada que nos devolvieron los de EF, reconocieron el error.
-Habitación compartida por los dos amigos de la misma lengua, con lo que la interacción con otros estudiantes se reduce brutalmente.
– Los desayunos y cenas son en la escuela, que dista una hora larga de la residencia, con lo que cuando tienen clase por la tarde resulta poco práctico acudir para solo desayunar. De esta cuestión no nos informaron en las reuniones..
Y el colofón es que no atienden a las numerosas llamadas que hemos hecho, ni a todos los correos enviados. Al final incluso ni llamando al teléfono de emergencias, y exponiendo la situación recibimos después del aviso comunicación alguna. Únicamente mantuvimos una llamada y el tema de los tickets quedó solucionado
Desde luego, procederemos a adoptar las oportunas medidas legales contra EF
