Google Bad Review 1: Avoid at all costs! Someone else in another review has claimed that they are rude. I personally did not experience that. What I did experience though was sloppy customer service, a stressful, unfair situation and overall a team who doesn't seem to know what they're doing or talking about. I went in there to hand in my phone for repairs whilst it was in warranty. After a 4 week wait and not hearing any update about my phone I decide to chase it up. I hear that my IMEI number was apparently entered wrong.
I was not contacted about the delay/ mistake (until I chased it up) and now my phone is out of warranty, EE are insisting there's nothing they can do about it – even though it was initially submitted under warranty. I basically have to pay for their mistake and abysmal communication. If I had known earlier then this mess could've been resolved or my phone could've been sent off again in good time. I've had to go in at least twice, and in phonecalls I have been sent back and forth between this store, 150 and EE's repair centre. I've been told lies, misinformation and have had an awful lack of communication. As a loyal EE customer this is shocking. Unbelievable. Please fix up!
UPDATE: Received £50 from EE as a goodwill gesture for all the nonsense 🙂

Google Bad Review (2): Lewisham EE staff are the lowest of the low having just ripped off my daughter, a loyal customer for the past 4 years, by conning her into a package which includes BTSport and other services she never asked for. Unethical charletons who will hear from my solicitor.
