Google Bad Review 1: There is no doubt about it, Edy is great at the natural look, also the fastest in the business at applying the lashes. I’ve had fake lashes many times in my life, for months at a time, I used a company that closed down during the pandemic and is no longer available, so I googled and found Edy. I was very happy with the application. I went back for 1 refill too. Now that I want to go back to my own lashes, I’m letting the false lashes fall off or as Edy recommended, am using products WITH oil to let them loosen – I’m bald! I mean it! The lashes are either broken or have fallen out in many many places. I’m horrified. The shoddy workmanship is showing when you let the lashes fall off. The previous company never harmed my own lashes. I will not be going back to Edy I’m afraid. Who knows how long it will take me for my own lashes to grow back, probably a whole year! I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed. Before anyone suggests it’s my own fault, it is not, I am extremely careful with my face in general and never rub my eyes. I now think I know why she doesn’t offer a service to remove the lashes…
**to your response, this is not my real name and I am an existing customer. I asked about removal and was told to use oily products.
