30/05/19 UPDATED AGAIN TO SHOW DELETED MESSAGE THAT SHOWS ILLEGAL ACTIONS. (PRESS REVIEW TO SEE THE SCREENSHOTS) DON'T VISIT THIS STORE AT NO COST. I SCREENSHOT WHEN THEY ORIGINALLY RESPONDED CAUSE I KNEW THEY WOULD REMOVE INFO THAT DAMAGES THEIR IMAGE. ONCE AGAIN I AM NOT A COMPETITOR I AM ONE OF THEIR MANY UPSET CUSTOMERS. I HAVE SEEN ALLOT WHILE GOING BACK AND FORTH TO TRY REMEDY THE SITUATION.

If i could put no stars i would. Any 5 star rating is false or just for extremely minor repairs. I have seen countless people complain when visiting the shop that there time is being wasted coming several times because they cannot solve the issue first or second go round. Do not visit if your trying to repair anything internally they cannot seal phones professional even, reducing durability so when it breaks they blame it on you.

Firstly trying to trace me is a breach of customer privacy a fine-able offence and can even face jail time as it is against the law. This is just another representation of bad business practice.
Secondly they are grammatically incorrect saying I'm one of their citizen's, i am in fact a former customer unhappy one to be precised, one of the many as well.
thirdly everyone please check on the government website they are not even registered to the alternative dispute programme, which allows you to have a third party act on your behalf when your rights are violated. This is how they get away with repairs not done to satisfactory standard. As police do not deal with civil matters.
The day they refused to provide a refund when my rights was violated and i acted according to my rights was the day i knew i would do everything in my power to reduce business for this company unless they resolved it the legal way.
