Google Bad Review 1: I couldn’t have been happier when I first moved to East Village in January 2016. Finding a flat, documents preparation and move in was smooth and quick. Thanks a lot to Mirabelle Gardens team for being so responsive and helpful. A month ago I moved to Mimosa House (Belvedere) and my impression from the managing company has completely changed. It all started on the stage of signing the contract (we got the final version late afternoon the day before moving in). During the check in we pointed out that the fire alarm has a flashing light (means the battery needs replacing). The lady who was doing the check in said she’d send somebody tomorrow. After that we called GLL and sent numerous emails regarding that, but no actions have been taken to replace the battery (after 1 month).
Now there’s another problem – the leak alarm is going of 3-4 times a week at 5am. It’s obviously broken and goes off by a timer. I can tell some of our neighbours have issues with the leak alarm as well as I could hear it going off through the walls. We have given GLL several calls, tried personal visits, emails. We were told that this Tuesday an electrician came to disconnect the alarm but it’s still going off at 5am.. I hope nothing major will break until the break clause period ends as I fear the level of assistance would not be any better.
I am only mentioning a few topics we where trying to get some assistance with from GLL. Not once the outcome has been any better. The service is just appalling. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Google Bad Review (2): Worst experience after 10 years of renting in London. I had to ring up 4 times, leaving contact details each time, before I managed to get through to a lettings agent. When I finally got through, arranged two viewings 5 days in advance, travelled all the way to London for the viewing and they had already let the flats without informing us in advance! We had done research on the blocks we were meant to be viewing which was wasted effort. No apology was offered what so ever. They were also late to the viewing and the guy we had arranged the viewing with did not reply to our messages. The flats they did show us were note ready or furnished. They could not even answer any basic questions of the flats, regarding what type of furniture would be provided or even the status of the cladding safety! Avoid this company, unprofessional and simply abuse the fact they own a monopoly of the Olympic Village properties.
