Google Bad Review (2): Avoid this company like the plague. First they need to be chased to provide a quote. They can't print word docs and on a £41 print job want to charge £180 (inc) Vat to convert to PDF. In their quote they say “if you are disappointed please tell us and we will do all in our power to make you happy”. When I spoke to the manager about the £180 conversion pdf conversion he said “we are a garment print company and we are doing our customers a favour by printing documents.” I would suggest the customer does him/herself a favour and use somebody else
Update:
in response to the owner who said “I wish you the best of luck finding a business that will not charge you for their extra time for the job”. I immediately approached another printer. East London Printers quoted £227.20 for the job and 5 days delivery. The other printer quoted £28.20 for the job and delivered within two hours. So much for “finding a business not charging for extra time for the job!” The new printer charged approx 10 times LESS than the ELP extortionate quote. So watch out folks and check the ELP quotes
