Google Bad Review (2): Worst customer service ever at a garage!!!
Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance online for a vehicle heath check, took the day off to do the have it done.
When I was at the garage, was told that it hasn't been logged in the system and I needed to call in to confirm. But nowhere on the website it says that we need to call in to confirm the appointment. The customer service on the desk looked at me in a funny way and not even apologized for their system error. He made it sound it was all my mistake. He told me my car can been seen after the other cars which are already there, which could take up to 4 hours. The manager jumped into the conversation and had the same attitude.
This morning I called in to raise a complaint, the same manger from yesterday picked up the call and was talking over me. I needed to ask ‘who is the customer’, he said he didn’t care.
I hope Hyundai got customer training training. They caused me time, anger and frustration.
Now I have managed to book 56 mi away from my home a garage to do the health check. The lady on the phone was very kind and advised me that it will take only 30 min and do not need to wait as I have booked already an appointment.
I’m diving cars for years and been to so many different garages no one has treated me so badly.
I wouldn’t recommend East London Hyundai Garage to anyone, specially not to woman and foreigner.
