Google Bad Review 1: My root canal I had done the crown came off at the appointment I was told it can't be fixed and I need to get a new one I left without my crown I tried to get it back but they were mean didn't give it back it costs £500 for the crown. I was first told it was thrown away after I complained they did return a smaller band crown. However watch out for a scam.

Google Bad Review (2): unfortunatly broke a tooth was in servere pain, visited the dentist and after a failed extraction and leaving it worse than it was before i went in i was told i needed a referal to the hospital and a temp filling was put in. 2 days later the filling came out and i had to go to an out of hours emergency dentist through the 111 service. a month after i had been to smiles i had to go there in person to be told the referal had not been sent off. 13 months later im still waiting. obviously i understand that covid has slowed the process. i have called 6 times in 2 months and everytime i have been told by the receptionist that they have been unable to speak to the dentist regarding it
