Google Bad Review: Unfortunately I came to use these guys due to the positive reviews I had read online but I had the complete opposite experience. I paid them to detect a leak which they came and after having a look said there was no leak. Then after still having issues and asked them to come check again they agreed to contact me back but never did. I then hired another plumber who found the leak immediately and repaired. I requested recompense as I had to pay for a second plumber to do the job they failed to do and despite speaking to people at EDP who told me ‘Jon would call me back' and sending a number of emails, I was continually ignored and appreciate that is now money down the drain for their services (excuse the pun.) Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired with a failure to make any effort to get in touch to resolve it. I personally would avoid if you like an open dialogue with a service provider who values your customer experience. It is your home after all.
