Google Bad Review: For you piece of mind, do not use this company. I've rented cars with them twice, both times they made up some horrible excuse to add additional charges on my credit card after the card was returned.
And they will not reply to your emails and they have no phone lines either. I had to escalate the dispute via the credit card company.
One of them was an blatant accusation that I have smoked on the vehicle, when I have never touched a cigarette in my life. I was driving in the countryside and doing hiking and the carpets of the vehicle became dirty. They had the guts to use this as an excuse saying I've breached the rental agreement for having smoked and mentioned ashes on the floor (which they know it's mud, not ashes).
I've escalated the email 3 times, never got one single answer.
This company is struggling like every other business during COVId and they have the guts to steal from the handful customers they acquired during the pandemic. Shame on you!
Attaching a picture of the carpets with mud, which they had the guts to blatantly accuse us of smoking, when it's 100% obvious this is mud.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT LOOKS CHEAPER THAN THE COMPETITION, BUT THEY WILL INCORRECTLY CHARGE FEES AFTER YOU RETURN THE CAR!
