Google Bad Review 1: Really poor customer service. I wanted to recarpet my entire victorian house, went into the store today, was the only customer in there and the two members of staff just sat in the office. When I tried to strike up a conversation with them, conversation was brief and at no point was I asked “How can we help you?” Not really sure how they've been operating since 1950 like this!!

Google Bad Review (2): Unfortunately I found the whole experience of this shop very bad. They are very rude and disrespectful. Their whole attitude is poor. I bought what I thought was a good quality carpet approx £30 square meter from this shop,…it's such poor quality I will need to replace it very soon and it's only 5 weeks old, as every time I hoover it the whole hoover gets filled with carpet, it's almost thread bare now after 5 weeks.
The owner is completely dismissive. I have a black bin bag full of carpet where it falls to pieces every time. The hoover I use is a dyson I've had it for a few years, I use it on all my floors and it's perfectly fine , so I no it's not the hoover.
When I've spoken with the owner of the shop his response was ” it's common to get fluff from hoovering” he won't admit it his poor quality carpet. I fail to see a threadbare carpet and a huge bin bag full of carpet ” a bit of fluff” after 5 weeks.
I will never EVER return ever. The rudeness, bad attitude and zero Customer service is beyond belief
