Google Bad Review 1: If only I could submit a 0 star review.
I would not wish their service (lack of..) on my worst enemy. Have been waiting over 2 months to get a new toilet installed. Any communication is like gold dust. Contractors need to be continuously called out as details are overlooked. If you try to contact them expect 30 mins plus waiting times and you may just get cut off with no explanation.
Use at your own peril!

Google Bad Review (2): Customer experience is truly terrible! Me and my partner had a problem with the boiler since last year. Rang up the Dyno, they were very quick to respond and sent an engineer the next day who inspected the amount of work, gave a quote and was booked to visit us in 2 weeks time. We didn't have hot water during this time and were really looking forward to the engineer's visit but on the day he didn't show up. When my partner contacted Dyno on the phone, after a prolonged period of waiting they hang up and he had to dial again. Finally, he was told that the booking has been moved for another 2 weeks but we didn't receive any emails or calls to inform about the change. For the whole month we had to boil the kettle to have a shower and to wash the dishes. When the engineer finally came, he did a great job, and we were happy having hot water again. But not for long. After about 10 days the boiler started leaking hot water in the middle of the night, and flooded the cupboard, the hallway and even part of the corridor outside the flat. My partner rang up again, a person on the phone took the previous booking reference number, said he was transferring a call but my partner never got through to speak as the customer services hang up on the call and didn't even ring back. So my partner sent an email, got an engineer booked for today. We've been at home the whole day expecting the call (at least the email said that an engineer will call prior to arrival). My partner got a ringbell from the door that allows to enter the block of flats, and he allowed the entrance but no one came. And then in the evening he found a leaflet outside the building saying that ‘Dyno missed you'. So the engineer didn't even get inside the building to find the flat! And after contacting Dyno via email we've received a response that the engineer came but no one was there. I can't believe that the engineer couldn't ring up to double check how to find the flat! This is what I would do if I had an arranged appointment with someone and this is what other services do. I feel really disappointed because we still have the problem with the boiler and it doesn't look like Dyno wants to help their customers to fix their problems! With this attitude they will soon run out of customers.
