Google Bad Review 1: Unfortunately poor communication between the staff and myself as a client, been dealing with too many different people for the same thing, paying a lot of fees for correspondances and meetings that are non-existant or inconsistent. And the last main reason why I wouldn’t recommend Dyer&Co. ‘s services is because I received by accident all the accounts information of someone else’s business by the post which means my files could have also been shared with the wrong person, which shows a huge lack of professionalism and corporate structure from the accountant’s company and I feel disappointed that I have trusted the quality of their standards. I have now signed the disengagement letter and will have someone else dealing with my accounts. Hope this review helps new clients as well as the company to have a better future relationship.

Google Bad Review (2): Really poor service. Was very dissappointed with the level of professionalism. I incurred multiple penalties and charges with the revenue due to Dyer and Co's incompetence ie. submitting my self assesment after the deadline after confirming in writing it will and was submitted in time. Whilst trying to resolve the penalties and charges Dyer and Co didn't take any accountability and completely abused their power by use of threats and debt collectors for their yearly fee which I wasn't happy to pay in full due to their mistakes. After joining a new firm I discovered Dyer and Co had breachd GDPR by sending the new firm and myself another client's tax calculation instead of my tax calculation. Their other clients confidential information such as national insurance number, address, full name and UTR were all visible on the documenation I received. Stay away and avoid!
