Google Bad Review (2): I made an order via UberEats requesting duck off the bone with rice. I received my order and my duck was on the bone, burnt and dry. I called Noodle Oodle and with no apology was told to contact UberEats, “We don’t deal with it” is what I was told. No luck with UberEats so called the restaurant back to provide my feedback as a long standing customer. Unbelievably bad customer service by the most arrogant and immature “Manager” I have ever encountered. I was told if I wanted duck off the bone, under new management it would be an extra £2 – ridiculous in itself. I was talked over and repeatedly told to contact UberEats because it isn’t their problem to deal with. Before I had even finished, the “Manager” continually repeated “bye, bye, bye” as if it was a playground argument. I am absolutely appalled by the service and response – no apology given and the buck passed onto UberEats as if they cooked the food! I will not be giving this restaurant anymore business in the future. Used to be good but new management is disgraceful.

Google Good Review: This is my favourite restaurant to go to. Their BBQ chicken noodles is to die for. Their duck is always perfect. I've been here few times and always found it to be consistent.
