Google Bad Review 1: For a company who charge a premium they really do have bad customer service. My friend ordered me a gift card for my birthday, it had been over two months and it still hadn’t arrived. I had planned to use it for my wedding but there was no way I could. They didn’t care about sorting it out. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Google Bad Review (2): Awful service! Sullen manicurists and no glass of welcoming prosecco as promised on the phone when I booked. When we asked at the till for some clingfilm that the manicurist had promised us to protect our toenails, we got sent downstairs Once again to ask her for it. The Manicurist said she was busy and that we should ask upstairs again. So up we went and were told that no, this is not the way it is done. A snarky manager came up and asked me my name so she could check my bill on the till, presumably to identify and reprimand the manicurist but that was not for me to get involved in and plus I was made to wait whilst this happened before anyone even bothered to get the clingfilm, which by now I was simply asking to put on my feet myself. We then had to wait a few minutes whilst some was got. No-one had a hint of apology on their faces. They all appeared to dislike each other. The last straw was when they opened the cupboard door to take out my friends coat – a waft of what smelled distinctly like urine then emerged. Unfriendly, overpriced, rude place – avoid!
