Lost my trousers once and today went to pick up a saree, it was not cleaned and all the dirt marks were untouched.
When asked, the owner didn't even got up from his seat to look and said it was done twice! After 10 minutes of talking to a wall I asked for refund which he refused let alone apologies for the work not done.
Better still he said that he has been doing drying cleaning since before I was born hence he knows he jobs… clearly not.
