Google Bad Review: Susan was one of the many driving instructors I spoke to when I decided I needed to learn driving and I went with her because of her can do attitude when I spoke to her over the phone. I later found out otherwise.
She advised her toddler will ride in the back seat while I learnt, she asked if that is okay. I said yes, as I was promised her toddler will keep quiet the whole time.This is not the case but she never apologised for the distractions from her child.
Susan’s technique of teaching is below standard. She gets agitated when you dear to question her. A teacher is meant to be open, nurturing and happy to answer questions. Susan who I paid 280 for my first 10hrs lacks customer service, she speaks condescendingly and nags when you make a mistake.
I regret using her school. She doesn’t have a wide coverage like it’s made to believe on google, she will offer you free one hour class to use your postcode so she can get wide coverage, which is misleading and that is why I fell victim. DO NOT USE HER.
