Google Bad Review 1: The bed is comfy and for that they get 1 star.
However..
Incredibly rude staff. Laughed in our faces when we tried to refund a mattress protector that had not been used (just taken out of packet to feel).
They refused to have a conversation and used every excuse under the sun for why they wouldn't refund – they began the excuses as soon as they heard the word ‘refund' and before we had a chance to explain why we were refunding. Excuses included:
– covid (a classic excuse these days..)
– ‘looked like' it had been used (it hadn't)
– return only allowed within 14 days (the bed we bought didn't arrive until 45 days after we ordered so we didn't take it out of the packet until the bed itself arrived)
We were told upon purchase that we would be able to return if any issues so they will do anything, including lie to customers, to make a sale.
Terrible customer service. AVOID.
