Google Bad Review 1: It's a complete scam! The guy Steven or whatever enters the house, doesn't even try to fix the problem but gives a quote to change the entire lock system (£400 btw).
We ask him to help out to do something.. hands out the bill of £70 and leaves. Really rude and not at all helpful.
Think before calling them (the quote of £70is just the visit charge to see the lock)
