Google Bad Review 1: this clinic is poor. Door kept locked no bell so if you arrive early the
staff which are downstairs do not know you have arrived. The
first person I saw Dr Sheila told me one thing and when I saw Dr
Leah she told me something else. The chair for my incontinence
treatment was good but not explained properly by the attendant
Dr Leah arrived for my follow up appointment late and she had an
appointment before me. I waited for her for nearly 40 minutes
and finally left. Shall not recommend this beauty clinic

Google Bad Review (2): While my overall experience feels negative, I have nothing bad to say about how I was treated by the staff who worked there or the doctor who performed the treatments. However, in total I spent over 4 thousand pounds at this clinic and do not feel like it has made much difference at all.

I initially had some cheek filler in October due to volume loss in that area. I don't have any complaints about this. However I still had some folds/sagging around the nose to mouth area which bothered me. The Dr I saw suggested a thread lift could help and that it could last for much longer than cheek fillers.

I went back to have the thread lift done in December and the only issue I have in terms of what happened on the day was that the operation was overrunning (I think because I had some bad bleeding on one side of my head which took a while to stop) and because someone was waiting to see the doctor performing the operation on me you could tell she was being pressured by one of the receptionists to wrap things up with me as soon as she could.

I understand why this would be the case but at the same time, when you're paying nearly £3,000 for a procedure that involves threads being pulled through your face, the last thing you want to feel is that the doctor performing it is being rushed.

Afterwards my face felt very sore and and very tight, which was expected. There was very noticeable lift and I was told by the doctor that it was an excellent result. I knew it would drop a bit over the next few weeks but I didn't expect that over the course of the next month or so the result would just fade away to practically nothing.

I followed all post-operation guidelines but two months later I feel like I totally wasted my money as there is really is very little to no improvement. Worse, I think the fact that my face was so tight and swollen after the threadlift caused some of my existing cheek filler to migrate. I noticed a week or two after the threadlift operation that I had some quite amorphous bumps around the cheekbone area and that the cheek filler now seemed somewhat lumpy and uneven whereas it had before been completely smooth. The amorphous lumps are still there 2 months later but have decreased in size somewhat.

There was really no post-operation follow-up from the clinic. Apart from an anonymous client feedback survey I was emailed I have never once been contacted by them to ask how things went or to ask me back for a follow up appointment.

I did eventually contact the clinic to arrange a follow up appointment when I heard nothing from them but I'm feeling disinclined to book a follow-up and travel across London to attend really. I signed a form before the operation which basically says that if the operation doesn't work or something goes wrong then they're absolved if any responsibility. Which is standard for these clinics, I understand, but if I turn up and tell them I'm unhappy with the results then I don't think anything much is going to come of it and I'm certainly not willing to spend even more money right now.

Had I just left it at the cheek filler I think I would have been happy enough. But I paid another nearly £3,000 to not only get very little result from the thread lift but also to have the cheek filler I paid over £1,000 for two months prior become lumpier and to migrate a little. Of all the warnings they gave me beforehand about what could happen, it affecting my existing cheek filler was definitely not one of them.

I have since researched threadlifts more and I see that it is not really recommended for people who have very lax skin, which I do. So I'm not sure why I was told I was a good candidate.

Again, everyone there was very nice but regardless of what I signed in order to have the procedure, it is galling to have spent that money and feel like it not only didn't make much difference but actively made the fillers I had had earlier worse so I can't in good faith post a more positive review.
