Google Bad Review 1: I discourage everyone from using the rental services of the West Putney branch. They are very responsive when it comes to fees and contracts but when fixes are required to your rental property, they are more likely to give you superficial responses and not follow through on requests. I gave the Putney branch ample warning about a washing machine that needed fixing a month before our move in date, in addition to another chase up. It was only after we moved in that they pulled their fingers out and two weeks in, I am washing our clothes (a family of 3) by hand because a repair person could not be booked until much later. They have miscommunicated with us throughout our move in process (key handover was a shambles) and do not return calls. With the exception of Faye who has been helpful (but not yet responded to a request for compensation). Do not rent or use the services of this branch. They are your typical estate agent incompetents. Furious does not cover my feelings about them.
