Google Bad Review 1: I can genuinely say that this has been the worst hotel stay in my life. Although personal is reasonably friendly, the rooms are more than underwhelming. My room was situated in the cellar floor next to the breakfast room and just above the London tube (which will wake you starting 6am if you don't have oropax). Furniture was very cheap and very very old (20-30 years), the mattress was just horrible (you could feel every spring in your bed), it smellt mouldy, the bathroom was tiny and unfortunately not clean with mouldy spots everywhere. Breakfast was very cheap and not enjoyable at all and to top it all off, I got heavily bitten by bed bugs at night and spent the last two hours checking my luggage for bed bugs/eggs. Chances are high I missed something and then in a couple of weeks/month I might have to get an exterminator. 100£ for one horrible stay. Never ever again!
