Google Bad Review (2): Very bizarre experience with this agency. The process to book and view the flat was easy. I liked the flat and wanted to put an offer in. All of a sudden, I was told that they weren’t sure when the “flat was available from” and that “it depends when the current tenant will move out.” How strange…
After waiting a long time for someone to get back to me with concrete information I finally received a reply and was told it was better to just continue on my flat search since no one had a clue when the flat would become available. Why set up a viewing for a flat if you don’t even know IF it is available? Or WHEN it is available? Unfortunately, I don’t consider this kind of ‘agency’ professional and it ended up being a complete waste of my time.
