very very unprofessional, they really don't know anything about accounting, made me bankrupt, closed my company down, over charged me, I had to pay penalty to the HMRC because of DNS delaying or forgetting about my company account .
Do not trust them and do not put your business at risk.
System did not allow me to choose ZERO start so I chose 1 star

Google Bad Review (2): These guys are an absolute joke. Their staff can barely type in proper English. I suspect they are outsourcing this work to India? Explains why their staff can’t string two coherent sentences together on an email. Their telephone manner is even worse! They lie about their fees and they make zero effort towards getting your paperwork filed on time. Late with mine for no good reason. I can’t believe they are able to call themselves qualified accountants. These other reviews have to be from their own staff. I wish there was a zero star option.
