Google Bad Review 1: If I could give 0 stars I would! Utterly poor and unorganised care service I have ever come across. Phone co-ordinators (especially ?Shahana?) have the worst attitudes towards customers who are simply trying to sort out care for their families! We finally have two carers who have the kindest hearts taking care of my mum. Avoid Diversity Care for the sake of your family.
