Google Bad Review 1: Left without heating or hot water for a week and still not fixed, engineer didn’t care that I have 2 young children at home, had to leave without really looking at the boiler as he was ‘in the bad books with the mrs’. Not helpful at all, and rude customer service over the phone. Only used as with Lloyds home emergency cover, avoid at all costs.

Google Bad Review (2): Had repair on roof done. Assumed that the roofer would have been vetted so asked if they do full roofs I was told yes. After some checks with disaster care was told that the company was legit and was never told that the contractors are told not to accept privaye work so agreed to pay a deposit of £2700. The roofer strung me along till he liquidated his business and left me with no new roof and 2.7k worse off. Thanks disaster care for sending me a charlatan. They have taken no responsibility for this issue. Beware.
