I booked the end of tenancy clean with Dirt2Tidy. We had a limited time window as needed to hand the keys over at 3pm. They said it would take 4 hours. The first issue was they arrived late. They then proceeded to tell me cleaning the cupboards was not part of the booking, despite it being listed on their website. Another half hour was wasted whilst the cleaner debated this with head office, so they only then had 3 of the 4 hours I’d paid for to do the job.
The quality of the clean was awful. Rooms they said were “done” looked worse than before they’d started with wet tissue strewn across the floor. They brought only a hand held vacuum to a large job. They did not wipe the skirting boards. This resulted in my mother in law having to go round cleaning after them. The cleaners they sent were a team of 3, and 2 in particular were very unfriendly. DO NOT BOOK. Complete waste of money and not the stress you need when moving home!
