Google Bad Review 1: This company assumes that they need to come several times to do a good job. I had booked their services for an end of tenancy professional cleaning, for a simple 1 bedroom apartment.
The result was unsatisfying, not up to agency standard, resulted in £120 charges taken off my deposit:
1/ Cleaners arrived 2 hours late and seemed in a rush
2/ Simple cleaning was not performed in the bathroom as you can see on the picture
3/ They had already postponed the first appointment from early morning Monday to late evening, and given my checkout was on the Tuesday, when asked to come back, I had a very unpleasant reply
4/ When escalating this, nobody cared and told me they need 7 days to come back and it was my fault -> FOR A JOB THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PERFORMED WELL INITIALLY!
Do not use them!

Google Bad Review (2): Booked an end of tenancy clean, cleaner arrived whilst we were moving the last of our things out of the property, went back a week later once we had moved & settled a little bit into our new place & it there was black runoff (from what I have no idea) in the sinks the chrome shower controls were scratched as if a Brillo pad was used to clean it! Complained & had the SAME cleaner sent back, he cleaned the black marks off, and we had a proper look around before he left, it was better. Post move out, our previous landlord done the inventory, which stated certain areas were not cleaned to an acceptable standard, contacted Dirt2Tidy who said to send them the email, which I did 3 weeks ago, rang back today (26/05/22) to chase up the email as I had no response in 3 weeks since sending it, to be met with “we’re not gonna help” attitude, despite them having an itemised list of unsatisfactory areas. We are reporting them to trading standards & reversing the payment we made BEFORE the clean was carried out, which is also not the right way to do the business.
