Google Bad Review 1: Complete farce of a company. I am a tenant in one of the properties they manage and they have left me without heat or hot water umpteen times. Empty promises and unanswered calls is the only thing they are good at! Deal with them or any of the properties they manage, at your own risk

Google Bad Review (2): Very bad experience, for all the prospective landlords and tenants if you want a hell like experience engage with this company. I myself a landlord and it wasn’t pleasant dealing with them. Especially avoid rental guarantee scheme and also please check the contract’s issued by them it is poorly written not 1 percent favourable to the landlords or tenants the whole contract is in favourable to the company you will be left with no option than to regret. And the final thing before I conclude very poor maintenance.
