Google Bad Review 1: I turned up two minutes late for my first class because I struggled to find the venue. I'd paid £14 and was dressed ready to start the class and they TURNED ME AWAY because I was 2 minutes late!! The t&c's say that I can still enter 5minutes after the class was due to start!! Unbelievably bad on boarding of new customers and a total scam. This is pathetic, I would absolutely not recommend this over priced and pretentious studio to anyone. Perhaps if I was about to enter a highly dangerous event turning me away for missing two minutes of the class might be acceptable but for a fitness class it's laughable!
