Google Bad Review (2): The technician (Tim) was rude, intimidating and unprofessional. This was a simple job and I know because I had been locked out before. He could not enter using the plastic tool so took a chisel to break open the door leaving the side of m door damaged. He accused me of complaining so I did not have to pay and was very intimidating.
When I called the company they did not apologise and were very dismissive. They refused to put right the damage and all the time the rechnician was loitering outside my house with a hammer and chisel in his hand.
The situation was left unresolved but I felt so intimidated by the situation I called and reported the company and technician to the police.
My advise is not to puck the first company you come across, take some time to read the reviews as locksmiths should be professional, take care with peoples property and not leave them feeling intimidated in their own home
