Google Bad Review 1: Whilst initially very happy with the work carried out (refurbishment of main bathroom) events have occurred that have caused me to edit my review.
On 25/11/2020 a major water leak has developed. After initially promising to attend (appointment not kept) my calls, texts, and WhatsApp messages have all been blanked.
With no response from DHR for over a week I am forced to come to the conclusion that his Guarantee is worthless.
After a week in which I have had no heating and have had to accept damage to the fabric of my property if I want running water I will be forced to employ another to remedy this situation.
