Google Bad Review 1: Wouldn't use them made me waste time and money on a purchase then allowed the sellers to sell at auction instead. Like what a waste of time and money.

Google Bad Review (2): The experience with this agency has been the worst I have ever encountered. They have constantly failed in communicate between the landlord and tenants; have not been able to deal with their obligations as to ensure the property is in a good standard after chasing them for months for several works as damp/mould patches in the kitchen, living room, bathroom and the bedroom to be let out. In addition, they will fail to have knowledge of the situation in the house, as for every isse reported there will be a new person replying that needs to be again explained the issue, and consequently the (unlikely) solution is extented on time. They also charge high fees for changeovers, when they fail in their unique task to reply to the emails when an ilegal situation is being reported as stated in the contract. Totally frustrating experience with one of the most expesive agencies in London.
