Google Bad Review 1: They ruined my last seven months… I sold all my furniture, stayed at hotels, Airbnb’s and put all my belongings at a paid storage just because I believed and trusted this estate agency. They are extremely amateur and they put me through a nightmare. They just lied and kept delaying me. I want them to get what they deserve for putting me and my daughter through this mess.

Google Bad Review (2): The service leading up to the move was fantastic but the property had major issues that was only revealed once I had signed all the contracts and moved in. The pre move action list was not carried out in full. I suffer from chronic respiratory problems and had been very specific about my sensitivities to pollutants. The agency failed to disclose the flat has zero insulation against cigarette smoke from neighbours and all my belongings after two weeks smell borderline smoke damaged, not to mention the major contributions its made to the decline in my personal health. Room for improvement on meeting client needs.
