Google Bad Review 1: Brandon Cox took a holding deposit from us and then ghosted us. His manager calls a week later to say that landlord has pulled out of the agreement. No sign of Brandon. Deposit was refunded. No comms from Brandon still.

Google Bad Review (2): We've been offered the worst service ever! The agent we worked with, Elisha Morris, was awful the whole time! She agreed on term and conditions which were later on disregarded and we were forced to leave the flat without even a reason.
No one cared about our requests and it was absolutely impossible to be put through to one of the managers. They are not transparent in their practice and we had to follow up billion of times on literally every request we had.
One of the worst experiences ever, not only with letting agencies. Absolutely terrible.
