I am the neighbour of one of your customers, after revise your planning application online I found out that your application is already unlawful because it is not legal a 3.55 meters height flat roof for a rear extension. It is not hte first issue we have dealing with your company, as on 13th December 2018 you made up the planning scale to high a different height in your first application. As you said, ‘Our company take great care ensuring projects are delivered with success and always prioritise looking after our clients interests' however I think an architect should be able to help a customer to consider statutory provisions and Local Authority guidelines, which may be negotiable. You are looking for your customer interest but you are not looking for another people rights. My architect never allow me to go against another neighbour interest and if I try she will decline to work for us.It is for what I think you and your business are lack on honesty and integrity that is the most important for doing business and not lost potential customers trust. It is for what I decided to review your company to let people knows that if you do for them you can also do against them in a near future.
