Google Bad Review 1: I went there for the LVL Eyelash treatment. It was not my first LVL treatment but although I followed her instructions after 3 days my eyelashes went back to normal. I messaged her explaining about my unsatisfactory experience and she just told me I must have got them wet somehow in the first 24 hours or went into a sauna/steam room. She didn't even suggest having a look at it and when I replied I haven't done anything she didn't reply back. It is already more expensive than the market standard for LVL treatments and for that price I would expect a better service and follow up. Not going back.
